'Diseases' are good!!!

Disease is a normal response of the body to restore the balance.
What is Balance?
The Balance is the proportional assimilation of following 7 aspects: -
1)   Living food (Use of fire should be as little as possible. Primarily raw fruits, vegetables)
2)  Fresh air (In the morning from 3 am until 9 am, despite of air pollution)
3)  Sunlight (The best is the rising time)
4)  Pure water (Without any mixture of chemical)
5)  Slow yet intense exercise, which helps better blood circulation with spinal integrity – balance of postures, standing, sitting etc.
6)  Maintaining the mental poise –Excessive of the joy, sadness, envy, pity, pride, etc. are to be avoided.
7)  The Rest, including adequate Sleep (The best sleep hour is from 9 pm to 3 or 4 am)
Whenever there is some major imbalance in the above 7 aspects, disease appear to bring the balance back.
  • Urge to take rest (feeling tired), Urge to fast, Fever, Motion dysfunction etc. are the natural functionality of the body to bring the balance back.
  • Any kind of so-called drug-based 'treatment' methods only target the symptoms of the disease not the cause.
  • If we do not suppress the symptoms, disease can never become a 'silent killer'.
  • Patience and Rest are two main criteria to restore balance of body.
  • No pharmaceutical treatment can remove the cause of disease unless the diseased person brings the balance in the above 7 aspects of life. Lifestyle is the real ‘medicine’!
Causes of disease are removed only by the lifestyle,
the symptoms are then automatically removed!
